About Aaron "SgtQ" Quinonez

Aaron “SgtQ” Quinonez is a former Marine Corps Anglico operator turned entrepreneur, speaker, and mental health advocate.

After battling PTSD and facing homelessness post-service, SgtQ forged a new path—transforming trauma into purpose.

He created the award-winning QActual mental health app, launched the nonprofit QMissions, and began speaking nationwide to educate, empower, and encourage high-performing teams.

From combat zones to corporate boardrooms, SgtQ now teaches leaders how to build mentally resilient teams, foster trust, and improve workplace culture.
